JumpScraper is an arcade climbing game for Android. This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and what choices you have.

Playing without an account

You can play without signing in. Your settings and your best heights are then stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

Online features (TOP 100 leaderboard)

If you sign in with Google to use the online leaderboard, we process:

• Google account identifier and e-mail address (via Firebase Authentication) – to sign you in and to recognise purchases or tester access.
• Device identifier (Android ID) – so the same Google account on another phone gets its own leaderboard profile.
• Nickname, country flag and region you choose – shown publicly on the leaderboard.
• Game results (height reached, run duration, number of landings, time of the run) – to rank you and to detect cheating.
• App integrity signals (Firebase App Check / Google Play Integrity) – to confirm the request comes from a genuine copy of the game.

Only your nickname, flag and best height (and later the character you played) are visible to other players. Your e-mail address is never shown.

Where the data is stored

Online data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions) in the European Union (Frankfurt, europe-west3). Google acts as our data processor. See Firebase privacy information.

Legal basis and purpose

We use the data only to provide the leaderboard, keep it fair (anti-cheat) and support your purchases. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiles.

Advertising and purchases

The free version shows a banner ad at the top of the game screen through Google AdMob. The premium version shows no ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the EU/EEA, the UK and US states that require it, you are asked for consent first (Google's consent form), and you can change your choice any time in Settings > Ad privacy. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Purchases are handled by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

Retention and deletion

Your leaderboard profile is kept while you use the online features. You can ask us to delete your profile and results at any time by e-mail (below); we will do so within 30 days. Local data is removed when you uninstall the game.

Children

The online features are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created a profile, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
